Privacy Statement International Convention by Cocaine Anonymous World Service Office.

This Privacy Statement describes how CAWSO (Cocaine Anonymous World Service Office), 21720 S. Wilmington Ave., Ste. 304, Long Beach, CA 90810-1641 USA, handles your personal data.  CAWSO complies with the requirements of laws and regulations governing the processing of your personal data, including the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). CAWSO collects for the registration of participants in the International Convention from July 11 to 15, 2024, the following data from participants;

– Name and initials

– Email

– Sobriety date

– Country of origin

CAWSO uses this data for registration and communication to participants.

The basis for processing your personal data is that CAWSO needs your name and initials for correct production and distribution of tickets for the event. We use the email address for communicative purposes exclusively for the convention from July 11 to July 15th 2024.  We ask for the sobriety date and country of origin to identify the visitor.

Your data is processed and secured by registration and IT.

The retention period of your data is up to and including the duration of the convention regarding registration and communication about the convention. We keep your data necessary for the registration and administration of your payment(s) in accordance with legal retention requirements.  

You always have the right to view your data from the moment we first process your personal data. If you want to unsubscribe for communication about the convention and you do not want to receive emails (anymore) about this you can send this request by email to: Tatiana@CAWS2024.com  

Under the privacy laws you always have the right to:

– access to the personal data that CAWSO holds about you;

– modification of the data held by CAWSO;

– Deletion of the data held by CAWSO;
