I have a question about my hotel reservations.
All the hotel reservations are being organized by the hotel. Therefore we don’t know anything about the hotel reservations except for how many rooms are sold. If you have any questions about your hotel reservation, you can seek contact with the hotel itself through their phone number or email address, which are stated below.

We have heard the hotel is fully booked, where else can we stay?
We have been able to get an overflow hotel that is located near Schiphol. There will be a daily shuttle from the overflow hotel to the convention hotel. More info can be found here. Other options are a camping site nearby or get an Airbnb. Also the city Noordwijk (at the beach side) is close by, here many hotels and apartments are situated.
When does the convention start and end?
The convention will start on Thursday 11 July at 15:00 and end on Monday 15 July at 15:00.
We received an email with regards of paying coffee, what is that all about?
First and foremost, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks. Being among the first 100 registrants for CAWS 2024, your early support for our fellowship has been invaluable, and we deeply appreciate it. We’ve made a special deal with the hotel for unlimited drinks (coffee, tea, and water) during the world convention. This offer will be available to all attendees as part of an all-inclusive package, a deal we secured with the hotel after many of you had already registered. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to include the value of this deal, priced at 8 euros per day, in your initial registration cost. Therefore, we kindly ask for your cooperation in paying the fee for the drinks package. Your contribution is crucial in helping us manage this situation without financial loss. We are immensely grateful for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to Holland in July.

Friday morning: The Dutch Flower Auction
Saturday morning and midday: Historic Amsterdam tour/boat trip/ meeting with God
Sunday morning: Windmills of Kinderdijk

Where do I find my reservation?
If you want to find your previous registration, you can easily find this back. If you go to our website (caws2024.nl) and go to GET YOUR TICKETS HERE, you will find a section at the bottom of the page, that states “If you already ordered a ticket”. From here, you can resend your order link. Another option you have is to look for the following emailadress in your mailbox: support@pretix.eu From this emailadress your ticket will be send.
